When this applies
Add this line when submitted samples or shipping containers must come back to you — retained lots, reference material, expensive fixtures, or containers you reuse. Without it, material is disposed of after testing per the laboratory’s standard practice.
When to add it
At order placement, not afterwards. Once samples have entered the disposal stream the decision cannot be reversed, and for consumed or destructively tested material there is nothing to return in the first place.
What you receive
Return shipment of the remaining samples or containers to your nominated address, coordinated with the laboratory once testing is complete and the report is issued.
What it does not cover
It cannot return material that the test consumed — implanted samples, extracted articles and destructively analysed specimens do not come back. Where you need retained material afterwards, send enough for both the test and the retention, and tell us at quotation.
How it works
Confirm the return address and what you want back at order placement. Return shipping is arranged after the report is issued.
Ordered with
Any test in the catalog. It is most often added to implantation and chemistry programmes, where submitted articles are valuable or hard to replace.
